Right. Here goes. Not sure how I'll evade notice of parents by doing this, but I was supposed to have an early night so I wouldn't be tired tomorrow (as tomorrow is my birthday, I'll be 16). Sounds like a great idea, but actually it's not. There are two reasons:
1. The Scottish Independence referendum. Neither parent is too keen on the idea, seeing as one parent really doesn't care (and says so loudly whenever the topic comes up on the news) and the other apparently has better things to worry about. I want to keep an eye on it, because it's a distraction I need from all the fierce debating going on at home.
2. I'm having some pretty bad dreams, so sleeping a lot isn't really a good idea at the moment. I've fallen out of bed about three times since I came home through tossing and turning. So I have a choice: follow Scottish Independence Referendum or read fantasy books until I go to sleep...or should it be sci-fi? I think sci-fi might be the answer today - all I need to do is remember where I put that copy of Castrovalva.
(For those who don't know about Castrovalva, it is a Doctor Who serial from the 1980s. It also got made into a book, a copy of which I got second-hand whilst out with my dad. He knows I like sci-fi and fantasy).
It's kinda late now. Just found hat there won't be any actual results until after midnight, and certain people will go nuts if they know I'm awake at that time.
I'll be back tomorrow when I'm more awake. Bye guys!
